Ancient Relics ?? NEED HELP IDENTIFING--- Found these today in Tucson!!!

Trying to figure out how old this piece is , where its from, what it is.. I'm thinking an old tribal Indian Necklace.. The other Piece I found is a JAMES H. KIRBY State Of Arizona Operator's License Key Chain Dog Tag.. On the front it reads IF FOUND RETURN TO JAMES H. KIRBY SECRETARY OF STATE on the Reverse it Reads OPERATORS LICENSE NUMBER STATE OF ARIZONA and Cant read the Number.. Also found a Wheetie 1914. And Make up Compact from 5th Rex Avenue...Great Finds Yesterday!!! Just would really like to know what this Tribal piece is??Off on the hunt again this morning.. Hope someone can help.. Thanks

you could probably message pl8man for some info on that license thing. he collects license plates and such
