These 2 Guys are Hard to Classify in the First place.
the Red Head Seems to get into allot of Trouble He asks for.
Most of the Cops seem to give him Breaks which Makes me wonder if these are Fake.
I Knew a Guy like this Hitchhiker. After he was thrown out the military.
He was Always Arguing With 2 Invisible Beings. But you would at least hear him a Block away
Yelling at them.
