Looks like everyone had a good day today, congrats to all. Well like the title said Bobbie had another $10.00+ in clad today. she found total of $10.79, she also found silver slide heart, and some costume jewelry. I added another gold bead to my collection and silver earring but could muster only $5.00 in clad. It was a nice weekend for us Bobbie found $32.00 in clad. I found $20.00 and a few keepers for both of us

Hi Dave & Bobbie!

Wow! Lots of clad and other interesting things. What was the most clad you dug up in one place? I think the most I found was about $16, usually it is about $2-3. Keep posting!

Tom :D

WTG you two, congrats on your finds. Nice clad total.
Your gold bead collection must be nice Dave. You find a lot of them.
I only have pulled 1 or 2 two but I am glad you are getting them.
Hope you both get some nice goldies next time out, good luck!

Smiles!

Holy smokes! You two were busy this weekend. Fantastic total of coinage.
Congrats on the jewelry pieces too.
What detectors are you two using?
Thanks,
MM

Way to go Dave, you two really dig the clad! Those are some great totals, I thought I did good today with $9+. Keep up the good work.

Thanks all, Treasure Tom the most we have found at one spot is bout $20.00 between us. The advantage of having the little woman as your detecting partner is that it frees you up from too many honey doo's and more time for detecting.
Modern Miner, We both use shadow x2's. The x2 was made for troy custom detectors by tesoro from 1998-2000. Basically a micromax detector but with a coin check button, and a coil that is sensitive all the way across and around the coil. It can accept all the tradional tesoro coils also. It seems to be a little louder also which is good for me as I having a bit of hearing loss During the summer time we concentrate on smaller areas I tend to use a 4" coil more than the standard 7". We like them so much we own 4 of them one back up for each of us

Thanks for the info. I love my Tesoro detector. I added the 9x8 DD coil and it has done really well for me. I had a Tesoro Cutlass (1999 model) and sold it after I bought the Silver Umax. I wish I would have kept the Cutlass as a backup machine. It performed well also.
Take care & HH,
MM

A little weight in the old pocket ;D
