Stopped into one of my regular banks at lunch today to drop off some rolled dumps. I ask if the teller has any half dollars and he thumbs through them and I hear some clanking. 
He then proceeds to hand me $2 in clad halves, I ask him if I can have them all and he says he is saving them for someone else. I ask if I can see them and he shows them to me - [2] 40%ers. 
I ask if the person who dropped them off dropped off any rolled coin and he said just this one roll and shows me a roll of dimes but says he was saving them for someone else as well. I ask if I can see them too and he says sure, I peek in one end and see silver. I beg and plead if I can buy them off of him and he says well let me go ask my manager. He comes back and says yes I can! 
I got the [2] 40%ers and the roll of dimes which was a smorgasbord of silver...
