Its hard to be sure what it sealed but there should be enough to ID. As it has numbers, I thing a Bag Seal is less likely & something like an electrical box seal or other type of Govt Department/Organisation.

They could mean anything depending on which company used them. It might be the 247th carriage on a railway, or a number of the electricial box. So basically hundreds of meaning.

Wire, look in the picture with the group and you can see the wires on a couple

Wire went through & they used some kind of crimping machine to squeeze it together.

I have found quite a few, stamped MO PAC RY ( Missouri Pacific railway )

if you look at the top of the( M )its off the lead seal and I think that's the same with the( U )its a( O ) which the seal could be MO KAN RY

Good idea, so does that make it the - Missouri, Kansas & Texas Railway
