Why bother messing with a good spot... went back to the same spot that I hit yesterday and continued griding it out. Found 6 wheaties and 2 mercs! My first two silver day :D Two of the wheaties are S mint, 1920s and 1948s. Oldest wheatie is a 1917d.

I got another whatchamaCrank thing... I think because of the location that it must be a fishing reel crank arm. Right side of last pic.

On the way home I picked up two more boxes of half dollars :D :D Even though it's going to be raining, I can still hunt for silver ;)

Gorgeous Mercs!! Congrats on your first 2SD!

I gotta tell you, I think that old dog tag is great, but I like old dog tags...

Zebco 202!
Oh man, a '63 dog tag. How old is that in dog years?!?
Sweet site!

Nice finds Brett!
Those coins look like they just got dropped yesterday.

Thanks Mike. I did a little cleaning on the three wheaties at the top of the picture. They looked like the ones on the left and right sides before hand. The Mercs I just tooth brushed lightly with soap and water.
