Hi All,
I found this button in a field where I have found 2 colonial coppers, two large cent pennies and a couple of other items from the 1700-1800's. I couldn't find this button anywhere so I came to the place where I knew someone would know. It's about the size of a dime. I can't make out what the words are on back. I am assuming it's a Civilian button, but still would love to know it's history. Thanks for the help.
