Another civil war artillery fuse?

Or an antique boat plug. No ducks so I skipped out for an hour hunt. Found a .52 caliber minie ball and this other thing. Don't know what it is. Do you?

Most fuses / fuse holders are brass. From the white patina, it looks like lead?
Sorry, don't think it is a fuse.

Thanks for the input. It's not brass or zinc. Found it a few feet from bullet. Looks like a plug of some sort made of lead. Heavy
