Here's a couple more goodies I found last night. These were located about 200 yds from where I found the first bullet spill at. That area was occupied by Union troops. Not sure who occupied this area. The roundball is a .69 call. The pistol bullet is a .36 cal and the 3 ringers appear to be .58 cal.

Sweet haul of CW relics Teamroper. :hello2: Nice .69 cal roundball. I see some Enfields there too.
Congrats,
MM

Looks like those ugly bullets cleaned up well ,,, I like the enfields anything in the base ? And nice chewed bullets to , those were chewed so that when the hit someone they would i flict more damage as they went through the skin ! Why a night dig ?

Hello nice bullets. I don't no much about them but I have a couple maybe you can tell me what they are

That's one heck of a good hunt. CW relics are top of the list in my book.

Would you by any chance have any idea what this is with the two shepherd hooks an three chain links

I like the lead! See some Enfields and that one on the lower left looks to possibly be a Gardner. Keep hunting that spot, there are likely more goodies there!

To me that sounds like a curb bit chin strap. This one has a lot of links in it but I have some around the house that just have a couple of links in them. Hope this helps.
