Detector(s) used
Fisher F75
Whites MX Sport
Makro Multi Kruzer
Primary Interest:
All Treasure Hunting
I want a detector that is lighter and at least weatherproof.
I have been looking very hard at the Nox 800 and the Makro multi Kruzer.
I tend to park hunt allot and also open farm fields etc...kind of a catch all machine.

The few things turning me off on the Nox is the shaft wiggle some are reporting and the unavailability i believe due to the marketing strategy they used similar to the AT Max.
Not bashing im sure its a fine machine but am leaning towards the Kruzer.

Anyone here using the Kruzer can add some insight or maybe another choice?

One feature i want is the tone break or the ability to adjust tones to my liking.

If you are not going to look for gold nuggets, or detect on wet saltwater beaches, the Multi-Kruzer is your machine. I have been testing it for about a month now, and it is a deep, reliable machine that can be programmed to your liking.:skullflag:

Terry how is the VDI , I have been watching vids of the Kruzer and Nox, the Nox looks jumpy as all get out.
Just wondering if this is the case with the Kruzer to ?

your on the right track. I too have the mxsport, but am looking at a multifrequency to add to the arsenal

Very stable VDI readouts. I find that the Equinox can be a little "jumpy," but that usually means there are several targets close together, and the Equinox is so darn good at separating them that you have to train your ear to keep up with it. :skullflag:

Ordered it today 699 shipped !
