Another gold hallmark question

I picked up a ts bag of jewlery today and was pretty much skunked

I did find this intriguing necklace. That may or may not be gold. (Have to test when I get home)

The weight is good. Color looks good. And cutting into the clasp reveals the same gold color. Each link looks to be hand closed. So that is possibly good as well



There is a small tag on it. Which has a crescent moon and what looks like Arabic writing. Any one ever seen this before or have any other thoughts?

15 grams. And test good for 10k
