Despite the heat we had to hit up our favorite park for a bit. Went to the same area we have dug to death that I thought was hunted out. My first hole was an Indian but I didn't know till later. Then Bob got an Indian. Here we go with 2s again! Those are the nicest indians we ever found! Then he got 2 V nickles but pretty toasty. My heart stopped when I saw the gold in the hole but sadly tis plated. Bob found 3 wheaties. No clad again! All coins over 100 years old! I found a dagger? Probably "evidence" knowing this park. I am hoping someone can ID the loop, stick thing. Bob says watch key. Also that lead rectangle. We have found a LOT of those. And the glasses looking wire with the lead around it. That one is driving us crazy. Thanks for looking and be safe out there.

That was my favorite for sure. Probably not that old as still decently sharp! If not for gloves I would probably be in for a tetanus shot! Lol!
