Hello all, this is day 3 with my new Whites Classic 5 and it is proving to be 100 times better than my old Bounty Hunter. I hit another old site tonight that I have hunted for the last 10 years or so and pulled out quite a bit of good stuff. All in all I found 2 WWII Great Seal Buttons, a clock part, a harmonica reed, part of an old drill dated 1878, a small piece marked "FORD", 2 paper shotgun shell backs, a small grommit, 2 very old clay marbles, 2 small bottles, a glass bead, and even a small arrowhead. I guess this would qualify as a good day even though there were no coins. Let me know what you think!

Really nice! I found one of those in Germany. Nice piece of history. :)

The Classic 5 is rockin'.

I still use my Classic II all the time.

Congratulations!

Awesome finds, congrats!! Glad you like the new detector.
I think you will be finding more and more every time out. Good luck!

Nice button. Keep digging and the rest of the stuff will start surfacing. ;)

Super finds!!!!!!!!!! I always like digging the military buttons, there's a state park I use to hunt that has a lot of it but it's off limits to metal detectors now. I did find some neat stuff there, my brother still detects it but I'm not willing to take the chance of getting in trouble.

Nice digs! Just shows that coins aren't everything. Good luck and keep 'em comin'. HH!

Sounds like you got the Whites "zeroed in"!

Keep it up and keep safe...

:D Thanks! Great digs, pal! I'm always amazed when folks find those tiny little things- like beads, non-metalic buttons, clay marbles, etc. Like finding a needle in a haystack. Thanks again- and HH ;D
