Another Hunt and another first for me.

This was the 5th weekend hunting an area being cleared. The company clearing the property must have taken the week off so we had to go back over the area's we had already hit. I managed to squeak out some more bullets and some buttons. I thought I just had some more regular eagle buttons until I started cleaning them.

Hard to tell with the pic, but there is still some gilt there and shines nice in bright light.


This eagle I also has gilt left on it and my first button that still has some cloth left on the shank.

Eagle A button, I am still working on cleaning it up. Believe it or not is was worse than this. I think it was in a fire or something. The shank is ripped off the back, not sure if the bull dozers did it or not.

This is a first for me. I didn't know what it was at first, it was in rough shape as well. Really stoked to finally have one.

Finds for this weekend. I actually had a lot of tent and leather grommets as well. Thanks for looking.

Nice set of three ringers, man! great finds!

I found over 200 three ringers in 2016, and still love pulling them out of the ground!
