Wow those are really cool my town founded 1826 I dont think a copper is ever gonna hit any of my buckets and I got plenty of em. Great job hope you find many more my Friend Tommy

Beautiful 1817 Matron Head Large Cent ! A dream coin find for sure, and as you say, it was probably a brand new coin when it was dropped. What a great find !

Wow, that coin is pristine! Pretty amazing to see a 202 year old coin that spent it's life in the ground come out looking like that!
