Another open hole post...

I'm at a spot in Chatham county and of course there are open holes.
I was surprised to see at least 2 other guys leave open holes at big site too.
Definitely an eyesore .. anyway.. I've concluded that all the guys who leave
Open holes everywhere with the trash in it or beside it ...are the same guys who crap
all over public toilets, make a mess, and don't flush. Gotta be the people.

Then it's the same that are in a rant when a city bans detecting. On private lands it's between the giver and the digger to resolve the issue.

Though you are probably pretty close on what type of person would do it.
