Another shot in the dark as far as artwork is concerned, but I figure with as many sets of eyes out there looking through art at different thrift stores, maybe someone has come across a similar item and knows something about it. Picked this up about two weeks ago and have since been trying to find out anything about it. Neat piece, bright and keeps your eyes busy. Says "Wendy" on the lower right.
