Still weak from covid four months since I got sick, went and hunted a permission today where I found a Franklin half in June. One Merc was my only silver for a one and a half hour hunt. Stopped digging pennies after two of them, got some toasty clad quarters and a key and fancy fob from the Cromwell Hotel in Miami, FL. Got hot and tired so I left plenty of ground for another day. I had hunted a lot of this property back in the 70s with a BFO so I don't expect to find a lot there but I never hunted close to what was the landlady's house so I am hunting that area now.
