Another source of diecast aluminum

Just discovered another source of diecast aluminum... if you are into computer recycling like I am, pay attention to the floppy drives. Discovered by accident some of them have aluminum bodies a couple of weeks ago, makes me wince that I sent them to the scrap yard as tin.... *** ouch**

I'm now setting those aside and tearing them apart in between doing my weekly rounds!

No problem, unfortunately up here in Ontario where I am aluminum prices are pretty low... took 23 punds of die cast and 7 lbs of old sheet in, only got less than $20 for it. I'm not sure why aluminum has tanked recently... I'm gonna hold on to it, til prices improve.

The place I took it to lumped it all together as old sheet...
