Antique gold - large silver

rings that is - headed to Ct. beach that I got an old gold signet ring last month and some silver coins and indian heads
water was cold - I went back to area that I found a lot of the old stuff last time - went high sensitivity and went slow
but nothing there but some deep small iron - light bulb was super deep and thought I had something good
I went to an area I had not been to last time and got a super faint signal - fanned with my dive boot and rechecked and it got louder
took 3 scoops to get it - large silver ring. Bout a foot away got another semi faint target - ended up being a nickel...another foot
away and another faint target ...thinking Im going to get a silver coin eventually - nope - old gold ...oh yea!

I love it when I find that occasional gold ring. But, when it's an antique it just peaks my interest. Wondering about who might have lost it waaaaay back when. And the old style craftsmanship! Love it!
