If it took over 10 years to build two towers any guess how long it will take to rebuild New Jersey or New York? Back in the 70's I helped a friend of mine who had won a contract to rebuild the Aquarium in New York We brought the thick glass from Wisconsin and 5 trucks. The first day we were there we had to pay the union $126,00 per truck per day just to park. Then hire couple of guys to the job site who had no Idea how to work with glass. By the end little profit remained.What I'm getting at, with all the regulations and pay outs I say 3 to 4 years.( Casino's will be open to-nite)
