Picture of the back will help identify it. Looks Prussian but could be a fashion button too.

The front is the Austrian/Habsburg double eagle. Hence the inscription Archid Aust = Archduke of Austria.

No guarantee that this a period piece. Those button were and are still hugely popular for the traditional costume ("tracht").
