any idea what this is

My father in law passed away and I found this among a bunch of old coins. Any idea what it is? I see that it has the castle and lions thing going but their location is reversed from every other similiar coin that I have looked at. Usually the castles are in the upper left and bottom right corners. . It is the same on both sides.

It does not appear to be an authentic cob coin; more like a fantasy coin.
Can you post the other side notwithstanding you mentioned it is the same image?
