What state was it found in? Any info at all? And can you plz post a pic showing its size? Next to a coin is helpful. Thanks.

Found in East Europe in river.

It was found in Poland,there is no letters on it.
Eagle looks a bit like American Eagle to me, thats why I put this on this forum,no one knows anything on Polish metal detecting forum:(

Looks more like the Polish Falcon to me. It isn't an American Eagle. It does seem to have some type of lettering in the pics CW did for you. I originally thought it was some type of medal or campaign ribbon. I would bet it is military anyway. Hope you get it ID'd soon.

I can see how there might appear to be letters, but that section looks to be made of fabric? If it were possible to see the back of the buckle, perhaps there are markings... But would likely damage the belt portion.
I agree, it's not a U.S. eagle, particularly due to what I think is a crown above it.
