found this brass piece yesterday and can't figure out what it may be. it's got a hole on one side and a pin on the other than fits in it. and the small arm on it has been twisted and broke. thanks,David

It almost looks like half of an old-school pair of handcuffs, but honestly I'm not really too sure. Cool find though. Finds that leave us guessing are always the best!

If I was to guess, I would first say it is part of an old brass horse bit. Too thick to be a key ring. Example pic attached.....lots of different designs to be found.
