Seriously though, thanks for the feedback. I can see how an inexperienced collector (like me and apparently the guy whose family I bought it from) would think it's man-made. It's amazing what wind and water can do to rocks.

Yeah water can do some amazing things to rocks , the one beach I hunt has thousands of similar rocks that fall from the cliffs and spend years getting rolled around from waves and tidal water
