found this today.havent a clue.my best guess is from a boat. found in saltwater.i posted it here because relic hunters deal alot more with buttons than us beach hunters,but that is my second guess,but i think too heavy for a button 28grams,brass?

My guess.... the Choke knob off a pull type, in dash, Motor boat choke, probably mid-late 70's
