Pretty cool whatever it is. Looks pretty old to me but I'm no expert.

looks like a piece of turquoise (obviously placed in a holder with a supposed Native American Indian motif) looks as if something has etched the polished surface off the stone. possibly was a belt concho?

looks like something that would be sold in a Stuckey's in the western part of the US along with cactus candy and rattlesnake eggs.
