Im positive it might be an old lipstick container not sure thow. can someone give me a possible date on this. on the removable tube its etched and says

Did you not think to google the name on it? Your guess is correct, it is a lipstick tube. Helen Neuschafer was president of Neuschafer Cosmetics in the 1940s. Also, she was issued a US Patent for inventing a particular version of lipstick tube.
