A friend did mention a blacksmiths hammer but that wrench is looking pretty darn close. I have found nuts and bolts so it would make sense. I have also found, melted clumps of lead. Idk if the lead would be a Blacksmiths thing or not.....
Trying to post from my phone is terrible! It's like pulling teeth! I am going to have to come back when I get to my computer.

Have an issue with the slim tail at the end
the tail is very curious?

Plumbers tools. Pipe wrench and hammer. I believe the pointed end on the hammer is for packing oakem around cast iron pipe.

definitely an adjustable wrench .. you can see the indentation where the adjustment nut was seated:

The "tail" is where the wooden handle attached to it.
