Any Info on Buckle

I am pretty new at this and excited to find this site! Can anyone tell me anything about this buckle. Came out of a field where CW bullets have been found but also more recent stuff also. Any input would be appreciated!

I would say horse harness buckle. Hard to tell how old as they still make them like this. But yours has been in the ground a while.
