I've found a few leg hold traps over the years, but this one looks different. I'm thinking it might be older than the 1930's traps I usually find.

I know it's pretty ratty, but can anyone tell me how old it is and maybe who manufactured it? Any guesses would be appreciated.

Coil springs instead of flat springs bring it to the 20th century.

I think it's the remains of a #2 (Oneida) Victor. Width of the jaws would help.

Thanks for the help, guys! The jaws are 4 inches, measured from the bottom at the widest part.
