Any Rome Fans?

Over the winter, I rented the entire first season of the series Rome and became addicted. I couldn't wait for season 2- for some reason, I ended up missing the first three episodes, and decided that I would just wait until it is out on dvd to see what happens. In my opinion, this show was absolutely amazing. The acting, the sets (it was filmed on location in Italy) and the story line was incredible. I learned so much. If you watch it on DVD, there's an option that you can enable called "Road to Rome". This feature explains some of the things that may not be obvious if you are not astute on ancient history. I understand from a co-worker that the second season is also the finale. I'm bummed. If you have a rainy weekend, I think that this is worthwile..very entertaining, and you might learn something too!
