Any Thoughts on this Olmec Carved Head?

This looks to be Olmec, just not sure of the age? Thought it might be pre-Columbian... but than again, it might be a tourist piece Any ideas

I still believe it is a netsuke...
the two holes for the tie string are the giveaway...imo

It's made in the Olmec style, but their work on small pieces like that is just much, much better. Probably a tourist piece.
