Anybody detect White Rock Lake in Dallas?

Looks to be a lot of history at White Rock Lake.
Maybe a good place to detect?
Any laws against it?

The old bathhouse looks interesting. Lots of beach swimming in the 1930s there.

I hunt Whiterock when I can and have had no problems with access or park restrictions. There are obviously many acres of land and most of it has been used over the years for picnicing, sunbathing, jogging, boating, fishing, and in times past swimming. The Bath House area has been overlain with fill dirt on the beach area. Occasionally I meet up with some locals from another forum to hunt there and at Flapole Hill nearby.

I live near White Rock also and have detected all around it and other Dallas parks. There are no laws forbidding detecting Dallas City parks.
