Up to a few days ago I had never heard of Red Goose Shoes . . . . . I got permission to detect the land around a old home in Coburg Oregon a few weeks ago . . . . . the land owner showed me a token he found while digging up & repaving his driveway ~ it's a $1.00 Red Goose Shoes token "half the fun of having feet".

I ended up finding an 1887 Indian head cent that day on his property. It's a lot of land ~ many more hours of detecting there to do! I'm hoping to find my first seated liberty coin there! Wish me luck!
