Anyone familiar with treasure hunting laws in "Dominica" ?

My friend won a trip to Dominica (NOT the "Dominican Republic").

It was the island used for the cannibal scnese in Pirates of the Caribbean 2.

I'm wanting to take my detector along, but I can't find a damn thing regarding the laws there.

Figured it couldn't hurt to see if someone here has been there.

Call the consulate...If you get no info. then take a cheap detector and use it on the beach.
