Anyone from the Ludington area?

Anyone hunt here? If so, I would love to see what kind of stuff is found in the area. Know of a couple sites where there is a probability of finding stuff

I live south of Ludington but i get up there now and again. I haven't found much to speak of but we did find a couple of 2 cent pieces and a class ring retuned to the owner. The area looks relly good and has potential for sure if you have some conections there i would definatly try it out.

We are from Stanwood (south of Big Rapids) but spend nearly every weekend April through Sept and a couple weeks each summer in Fountain, about 10 miles from Ludington. Is there a club or group in Ludington? We would love to make a connection. My son got a new detector recently and is itching to get out and use it!
