Anyone know rings

I found this ring last weekend in the woods near my house , I know nothing about rings , I know it copper but I don't know what the top part is , has a lot of detail to it Thanks

just a guess but it looks maybe silver plated over copper.the style reminds me of jewelry from 1910-1930s...very cool find

Without seeing it in person, it's hard to say, but it looks like Marcasite. If you Google Marcasite rings, you'll see some very similar to yours.
