Forgive me if I already asked this :(. I can't find if I have but I'm ready to get rid of them now and need to know what they are. One is a pheasant or duck, one a whale's tale and the last is a horse. They might be boilover preventers or another term is a pot watcher.

I agree with Loco Digger.
Boil Alert Pot Watchers: You place one in the pot and when boiling occurs a rattling sound will alert you to the boil.
