Anyone know what this lapel is?

Found around civil war area site. The back says genuine cloisonne sterling. The design on it is a diamond shape with 3 lines through it. It also has a star on each side. Any help would be awesome. Thanks

The Font definitely looks modern ( 1920's or later ) fits with the rather "deco" styling of the piece - Nice Find .
