Anyone on here detect out around Wisdom, Montana?

Im going to be out in wisdom this summer for a fisheries internship and being from kentucky I have no idea on what the treasure hunting is like out that way. Just curious about what i can expect?

Lots of old homestead that look like they would be a blast. Getting permission can be a challenge as most land owners own vast ranches. I've never metal detected there but the elk hunting is great with a good chance of picking up a wolf if you are still there in September. Getting permission is a must in my opinion, great people, a little respect goes a long ways.

Would think some hikes into the mountains would be a good idea....lots of old mining sites up there. Be sure you go check out Yellowstone while you're out this way...
