Anyone recognize this hallmark/ counter stamp?

Found this coin at a local shop recently. Needed a 57 for the coin album and the price was right so I jumped on it. The obvious stamp on it attracted me to it, was just wondering if anyone had an idea of where it originates? If not, anyone have a helpful link to a site with coin hallmark/counter stamps?? Thanks!

The closest thing I found was a hallmark that was I.P. CO. I believe it is an Independent Printing Company hallmark and was added later as the company did not start until 1910.
