Anyone Up For Some Detecting

Hey just wanted to check in for a few... I used to live in Sterling Heights, but recently moved down to the Dearborn area... I was wondering if any of you guys would be interested in doing some Metal Detecting down here... Or know of any decent places... I haven't done any detecting in a few years... And recently watched my Ace 250 informational dvd to get reacquainted with the machine... I'd like to get back into it...

there is a few places around you dearborn was named after general dearborn from the war 1812 i think. but maybe in 3 weeks i can i just had spine fussion so i have to wait a couple weeks

Well, Dearborn has been destroying alot of there historical locations, like on Brady street, they just torn down that historic dinner/motel on Michigan ave, you know just west of that Mongolian restaurant and mall where the Jacobson use to be.It goes back to the late 30,s plus there was an older store/tavern there before that.The area is fenced in so you have to ask the supervisor and also slip him or her a 10 or $20.I do that often on personal property over 100 years old, taking account on the soil condition mind you.I live in southwest Detroit just 2 miles down the road where my mom lives at on Firestone across the Kroger.
