AR Fossil Hunt 1-19-08

Went out today for a hunt, it was sunny, ,& warm.
Found some petrified wood & ferns around this old 'strip pit', left most for others to find.

Yes, I have my very own bison herd, lol. Fortunately they don't eat much.

It appears to be a river find and the species would be bison bison.
