My mom and the wife went there about 10 years ago. It was back in July big mistake. It was to hot for me. My mom and wife enjoyed it. I just sat beside the cooler making sure the beverages we’re the right temp lol.

February and March are better times to go. There is TINY gold at the mine itself, brought up from the depths in the volcano vent. No one really looks for it.

I have always suspected that. I have an ancient volcano in northern Arkansas and assays indicate 1/3 oz/t Au and the same in PGMs
