This morning I walked my dogs around a lake near by and all around it were these swarm of little fly's. I took a picture where they got really thick and all the little small fry fish were having a heyday jumping out of the water after these little pests. Later I decided to go for a ride on my bike along the creek to see what I could find. Got a shot of the hunter and the hunted in the prairie dog town and I tried to get a picture of this elusive King Fisher I very often see chattering through the trees along the creek. I did manage to get kind of an okay shot, but I want a better picture of this rascal. It likes to stop on tree branches that hang over the creek where it pools, so it can dive after the little minnows, so I may just sit and wait at a place like that and see if I can get a good clear shot of this crazy little bird.
