Art signature ID help

Saw this at a GW the other day. Its a watercolor. I couldnt make out the artists name, so i couldnt look up any info. Would anyone recognize this artist? I would still have time to zoom up there and buy it.

I'll never understand why artists and jewelers make their signatures illegible

How about MF Pogue? There are some artists with that last name. Keep researching the Pogues. :-)

You guys never cease to amaze me on how you decipher signatures on art, it all looks like doctor's handwriting to me lol. I ended up buying it, I don't know what I'm going to do with it, but for now it has a new home. I have a couple other cool pieces that have illegible signatures on them that I think I will post, I would like to know who the artists are. Thank ya very much once again.
