Artifact, Monte Alban (mexico)?

Dont know if this is the right place to post but here we go...
I bougth this item in Monte Alban (Mexico) for like 12 years ago.. from a native mexican indian.
And he was very, very shure that this item was real and not fake.

Can anyone of you see if this is an old item from monte alban or fake?
