Most likely a “grey ghost”, even though it might not be a true Reinhardt gray ghost.

I noticed this was your very first post - so, Welcome Aboard Leefri! You didn't list your state (or country) in your profile. So, you might consider jumping over to Sub-Forums: Select Your Area.... and selecting location information (i.e., clubs, hunts, finds, legends, maps, etc.) directly related to your state (or country). You might also consider adding your state (or country) to your displayed profile (SETTINGS -> EDIT PROFILE) so if you ask a question, etc. - people may have more success helping you (your location may help, etc.)...

Nice point but unless you found it a foot down in the muck I'd say repo. I have a guy that comes to my Old Farm shows that knaps them "perfect".

There is no sign it has ever been buried, no patina visible, no mineral deposits or dirty flaking visible. Was it found by you, was it found in a cave?

I had a friend that could make the most beautiful stuff from flint........be very careful with buying things. I trust what I find, and a few friends finds. if it is perfect, never purchase!!!!

Sorry, but I agree. Everything is to symmetrical on each side. Even the notches look to be perfectly matched.
